Born and raised in Portugal, my early years were influenced by stories of Africa, a continent of magic and mystery. As a child, I was always outside, exploring nature and learning about the world around me through books and documentaries. In 2009, my passion for wildlife led me to South Africa, where I trained and became a safari guide. This career has allowed me to explore Africa’s diverse ecosystems, from Kruger National Park’s wildlife to the deserts of Namibia and the Okavango Delta’s waterways.

In 2013, I founded Unique-Safaris with the purpose of creating more flexible and unique safari experiences, tailored to the needs and dreams of each traveler. Now, as a qualified safari guide with certifications in marine guiding and wilderness first aid, I’ve turned my love for nature into a profession. I spend my days guiding clients through Africa’s wilderness, offering them a glimpse into the lives of the animals and the landscapes they inhabit.

My goal in every safari is to create memorable experiences, sharing the beauty of the natural world and the wonders of the African continent. It’s about connecting people with nature and showing them the incredible biodiversity that exists. As we explore together, I aim to educate and inspire, helping people understand the importance of conservation and the role they can play in preserving these natural habitats.
